10/14/2004 - Kovell/Fuller Case Study Presentation
Description: Kovel/Fuller, an advertising agency in Los Angeles, California, turned to Q5 Media in a pinch. The company needed to create a multimedia presentation of three of the company's business success stories to present to a prospective client. Time was a major factor.
Kovel/Fuller provided a script for the presentation that included voice over, images of print advertisements, video commercial spots and testimonials. They turned to Q5 Media because with several other projects in the works for the same meeting, there were very few resources available to deal with the Case Study presentation. They needed a company that could take the concept and complete it fast and with very little input.
After meeting with the company on Friday, the Q5 staff had to take the assets provided and deliver a functional version of the presentation with music and voice over by Monday morning for review. The team worked quickly, and even setup a photo shoot Saturday morning of the K/F office to use in the design.
The first version of the presentation was reviewed Monday morning by the K/F staff. They were very happy with the Art Direction and smooth functionality. Changes to content and flow were made over the next two days, and the final version was approved and delivered Tuesday afternoon.
